All sales are final and no refunds are issued. By placing an order with YonYonTheJeweler, you acknowledge that payment is non-refundable once submitted.

Inspect before you accept

Chicago meetups are offered so you can inspect the piece — including a live diamond-tester check — before completing payment in person. For shipped orders, please review your piece upon delivery. Once payment is submitted or delivery is accepted, the sale is final.
