Deposit & Refund Policy

Important Notice
All initial deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. All deposits and all sales are FINAL. By submitting a deposit, you acknowledge and agree that deposits cannot be canceled, refunded, or transferred under any circumstances.
Minimum deposit
Every watch listed for sale on YonYonTheJeweler requires a minimum initial deposit of $500 USD before an order can be placed. There is no maximum deposit — you may choose to pay any amount at or above $500, up to and including the full purchase price of your watch.
Remaining balance
Any remaining balance (the difference between your chosen deposit and the full purchase price) is due before the watch is shipped or delivered. Your order will not be dispatched or handed off at a Chicago meetup until the balance has been received and verified.
Non-refundable — no exceptions
- Deposits cannot be canceled once submitted.
- Deposits cannot be refunded, in whole or in part.
- Deposits cannot be transferred to another customer, order, or product.
- All final payments and all completed sales are likewise final.
By checking the acknowledgement box at checkout and submitting your deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
Why we require a deposit
We source, verify, and prepare each piece specifically for the buyer who reserved it. The deposit secures the piece and covers sourcing, authentication, and handling from the moment your order is placed.
